COCHRAN PARK

Located on the Cooper River side of Daniel Island, Cochran Park is a marsh-lined neighborhood comprised of mostly traditional southern-style homes found along Dunham Street, Milner Court. Some of these homes offer expansive marsh views.

CODNER'S FERRY PARK

Codner's Ferry Park was one of Daniel Island's first neighborhoods. Both neighborhoods are very close to downtown Daniel Island off Seven Farms Drive; both feature large parks; and both neighborhoods share Etiwan Park Street as a thoroughfare. The best way to distinguish Center Park from Etiwan Park is to consult your map.

BARFIELD PARK

Barfield Park neighborhood is very close to Pierce Park and Downtown Daniel Island. This neighborhood primarily features mid-priced single family homes and townhomes. The main roads in this neighborhood are Barfield Street (which runs through Barfield Park and Center Park) and Elfe Street.
